supervisory board appoints Christian Kleinjung as director

On 7 June 2023, Christian Kleinjung will join the C-level of ae group ag. He will support the implementation of currently needed changes in the company. With the experienced financial manager, the company is positioning itself more broadly in order to be able to face the future challenges in the automotive industry with greater strength.

The 54-year-old began his professional career in 1997 as a consultant for an auditing company. In 2002, the change from consulting to the industry followed. Through management functions at Geberit and Weidmüller, he accepted international functions as CFO and Managing Director in 2012. After his return from abroad in 2016, Mr. Kleinjung settled with his family in Thuringia. Since then he has mainly worked in the automotive supplier industry with a focus on financing and repositioning of companies.

With the entry of Mr. Kleinjung, the company divisions are reorganized. Koen Beckers will continue to be in charge of purchasing, ICT, engineering, project management, sales and marketing. Andreas Nikisch remains responsible for all production related subjects. Christian Kleinjung will take responsibility for Controlling, Finance and HR.
