The ae group ag is preparing for sustainable growth
The ae group ag has won several large electromobility projects in the past few months. Their production launch is planned for the near future. These projects fit perfectly into the sustainability vision of the company, but they also have an impact on the organization. In order to facilitate the implementation of these new production programs, we have decided to expand our management team in order to be best prepared for these major and positive challenges.
"For a successful start of series production and the ramp-up of new projects, it is important for us to be able to build on Mr. Reinbold's many years of successful experience," said Mr. Koen Beckers, CEO of ae group ag.
In order to be able to focus fully on the upcoming tasks, Mr. Reinbold will step down as COO and Managing Director of the production companies and take on the role of Director New Project Industrialization & Group Senior Casting Expert.
"I look forward to continuing to positively shape the future of the ae group in this function," said Klaus Reinbold. “In this role, we have the opportunity to use my and our many years of experience to work with the entire ae group team to build a sustainable environment for innovative, resource-saving high-tech light metal die-cast products and services for future mobility.
On July 1st, Mr. Andreas Nikisch will be appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Management Board to manage the operational business of ae group ag. Mr. Nikisch joins the ae group from AGA Zerspanungstechnik Gera GmbH, where as managing director he has proven to take an organization to the next levels required to shape a sustainable future for the team.
With more than 25 years of global leadership experience at several Germany-based automotive suppliers, he has a track record of building lean manufacturing operations. We are therefore certain that Mr. Nikisch will make a significant contribution to the sustainable future of our production company.
