Change in the Management Board of ae group ag

On 8th May 2024, Mr Andreas Nikisch has left the ae group ag Management Board and his position as Managing Director. This decision was taken in mutual agreement between Mr Nikisch and the Management Board.

Mr Nikisch had been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Management Board since 1 July 2022 to manage the operational business. The responsibilities of Mr Nikisch are currently in handover.

At Management Board level, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Christian Kleinjung will remain the main point of contact for the ae group. Mr Kleinjung has been CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board at the company since October 2023 and is responsible for the transformation of the company which has been initiated.
