ae group switches from self-administration to standard insolvency proceedings

ae group ag, ae group gerstungen gmbh, ae group nentershausen gmbh, and alu druckguss lübeck gmbh have been in self-administered insolvency proceedings since August 13, 2024. At the request of the management, the Meiningen Local Court issued a ruling on July 31, 2025, lifting the self-administered insolvency proceedings and ordering regular insolvency proceedings for ae group ag and its subsidiaries as of August 1, 2025. Attorney Dr. Romy Metzger was appointed as insolvency administrator.
