ae group launches initiative for Ukraine

The ae group ag team in Gerstungen, Nentershausen, Lübeck and Strzelce Krajeńskie (Poland) has started a program to support people from Ukraine. Several people with Ukrainian background work in our company and therefore all 1300 employees started a program to collect donations in kind and money for the people in Ukraine and provide them with accommodation. This initiative was initiated by the employees themselves and is supported by the company.

According to Irina Maug, Group HR Manager, part of sustainability is also taking care of employees and the people around them. This is not just a marketing approach, but it is lived by all 1300 team members of the ae group. In addition to the annual support of the children's hospice and local schools and kindergartens, this initiative has been launched to support the people in Ukraine.
